If you are a full-time employee and considering going back to school, you can enroll in classes and apply for tuition reimbursement when you have been with Baylor Scott & White for at least six months before the class(es) you want to enroll in begins.

Baylor Scott & White will reimburse 100% of your tuition costs up to $5,250 per calendar year if:

  • You complete the course with a grade of C or better.
  • You have an annual review rating of 2.2 or better.
  • You continue working full-time when reimbursed for the course.
  • Before you enroll, you submit your tuition reimbursement request through HRWorkWays available on myBaylor.com.

HealthTexas Provider Network employees must have executive committee approval for all courses approved by their manager. Not all Health Texas clinics participate in the tuition reimbursement program. Contact your manager for additional information or limitations for your location.
